Dissection of Paan

Paan is a South Asian food (more like chewing gum) prepared by wrapping Areca nut,fennel seed (saunf),kismis,golden raisins,honey, ,cherry,cardamom, cloves,coconut,slaked lime,kaatha(brown powder paste),  anise seed, and tobacco  in a betel leaf . Clove or stick is used to staple the leaf if not to be eaten immediately.The variation of paan with no tobacco is called Meetha paan(Sweet Pann).

Hi There, Wow...this recipe is looking Wonderful and I'm loving it so much. t is looking so good with all the lovely pictures and write up as well.
